Vimix and Vimix-live is not compatible with MATE Destop panel.

I have found Vimix theme on https://www.mate-look.org, and found out that MATE panel is not compatible with vimix and vimix-light. here a picture of how they both render on MATE 1.22.1 Screenshot at 2019-05-14 17-25-51

I have the same problem on Ubuntu MATE. Is there a way to change the font color in the Window List so that it is readable?

I've done exactly 0 GTK theming, but I'm overriding GTK3 CSS with this.

It's blatantly ripped out of the Arc theme.
