This is not a app, can not use app icons, it use a start-here-symbolic icon

Just search `view-app-grid-symbolic.svg` in your icon theme folder

Run `./install.sh --tweaks nord`

Not a theme issue!  Kde plasma desktop make this

blue 版本和默认的很接近都是蓝色, 安装脚本应该没问题的, 我在我电脑上没发现什么问题啊

你注销试试, 是不是缓存没刷新的问题

设置成其他主题也不变吗?
