The bottom border is not blurred with the rest of the window

This is a kwin issue, aurorae does not support this well, I also don't know how to do with it

maybe you could do an alternate version without the bottom border being so huge. It will not be as consistent with that other Sur but at least it will look nicer

@JoseAntonioTorre "aurorae" is the engine for window borders, meanwhile "kvantum" is the engine for the inside of the windows. Please clone and reinstall the theme, vinceliuice really added a "sharp" variant without the bottom rounded border

You can use ShapeCorners (https://sourceforge.net/projects/shapecorners/) for rounded corners, it uses an OpenGL shader and is able to round any window.

I would like to add to this comment about the bottom border. I can change to No Borders which is fine and the bottom border does not look so blurred anymore. But a side effect happens where you loose the resize capability of the top border. If you could fix that part it would be helpful.

See how I can resize all borders except top.
