The window decorations look not how they are supposed to. After I log out and back in they look normal...

I have a similar but not identical situation: the window corner doesn't look right. I am on KDE 5.19 (Manjaro). image

The issue I experience is probably due to nvidia proprietary drivers on Arch-based systems. But regardless of driver I use, other KDE themes (e.g. Sweet and Layan) works fine

This I believe is a KDE issue that happens randomly on themes. One fix is to go to System Settings > Workspace Behavior > Desktop Effects and search on Blur and disable it, then it Apply.

I then go to System Settings > Window Management > Kwin Scripts and click on 'Get New Scripts', search for Force Blur and add, then activate, Apply. That usually fixes the KDE corner issue.

I am getting this same thing on Arch with a Nvidia proprietary driver also, same thing, only this theme. I can't figure it out.
