How to install without chrome folder?

Trying to manually install the firefox theme on linux mint. I already have the theme installed on my desktop.

i got it to work create a chrome folder in the profile, move the userChrome-theme variant.css as userChrome.css and userContent-theme variant.css as userContent.css to there and the theme folder(e.g. Monterey) to there as well
