Theme is not applied to all apps

Ubuntu 24.10: theme is not applied, only firefox and chrome (deb package) has buttons. Nautilus, terminator and thunderbird (snap) does not have buttons.

Run ./install.sh -l by the way snap app not supported

Heads up here! Gnome apps just broke theming functions even flatpak or not wich is shame. See Epiphany package has example of how Gnome still breaking things. If you can give new guides to fix it, it's could be a nice help. I tried all it's said on the doc but it's still not efficient. Tangram at the right use same frameworks has gnome web which is libadwaita aka. GTK4. So i guess we think needs to investigate this issue then.

After swap flatpak to aur. It's seem solve a bit my issue cases. But i guess it's may lead with the recent gnome 47 integration on Flatpak has KDE user. Maybe it's also happened with Gnome desktop has well.

Same problem. Most GNOME apps doesn't apply the title bar icons of theme.
