Wrong size with fractional scale under wayland

I'm using Ubuntu 22.04, wayland, with MOZ_ENABLE_WAYLAND=1 and fractional scale 200%

As you can see in the video, yuzu cursor works fine, but WhiteSur has a wrong size.
