The command to connect teal-icons don't work

Describe the bug The command given in the ReadMe.md for connecting the teal-icons to ubuntu

sudo snap connect [other snap]:icon-themes tela-icons:icon-themes

doesn't work.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the terminal and paste the command and hit enter
sudo snap connect [other snap]:icon-themes tela-icons:icon-themes

Expected behavior The default icons would be replaced by teal-icons
