Nemo: dark sidepanel with illegible icons

Hey Vince,

I'm going to bother you with a couple minor issue reports... Remember the issue with Nemo's side panel on Matcha? I'm noticing the same behavior with Qogir.

Notice that side panel's icons are illegible. I'd recommend just changing the side panel to a light background, so that icons designed for the main panel's light background fit in the side panel too.

Qogir Light and Qogir Dark are unaffected since they give the same background to the side panel and main panel.
