Large Black Bars around certain applications

I have been experiencing issues with apps large black bars around them like shown in the image below, and I don't know how to fix it. This issue has only been happening since I installed Fedora 38, which includes Gnome 44. I uninstalled all themes and the issue stopped happening. I am on the latest version. image

i have the same issue in Fedora 38, X11 last updated yesterday.

For instance i also tested with the Fluent theme, which has the same issue and with the Lavanda-gtk-theme witch does NOT have the issue. So maybe the fix is allready inside of Lavanda.

I have reinstalled my OS, installed the latest version of the Orchis theme, still experiencing the same issue, as seen below image

I have the exact same issue with orchis and qogir theme. Garuda linux, gnome 44.1
