Request advice: Changing panel shadow color

Hello, and thanks for maintaining this great theme!

I'd like to change my panel (or latte panel/dock) shadow to be a glow.

Ideally it would use the same shadow color used by my kwin decoration (breeze enhanced), or in my case it happens to be the same as ButtonText. I'm happy enough to hardcode a color in an overriding SVG file though.

What I tried:

panel-background.svg:
