Submit to Flathub

When using the theme currently, it's not applied to applications installed flatpak. To remedy this, the theme can be submitted to the Flathub repo.

As an example, the Qogir theme is available here https://github.com/flathub/org.gtk.Gtk3theme.Qogir

Wow, I wasn't aware that Flatpak apps can profit from themes too. In case anybody else want to have a look on what's available:

$ flatpak search gtk3theme
