Broken padding on fullscreen Electron apps in Wayland with WaylandWindowDecorations enabled

When running a Wayland session, maximizing an Electron application (e.g. Slack, Discord, VSCode...) yields some bizarre padding:

This issue doesn't seem to exist on other themes, except for Dracula. Maybe because this is a fork of Dracula?

I think I see similar issues with Signal desktop installed as flatpak on Fedora 39.
