icons.knsrc not found in feb. 25 update

Describe the bug Updates on KDE5 fail due to icons.knsrc missing when updating from jan. 17 to feb. 25 releases

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open Discover
2. Start updates
3. Check the appearing error message

or:

1. Open system settings > appearance > icons
2. Click "get new"
3. search "fluent"
4. scroll down to the Fluent icon theme
5. click "update"
6. Check the appearing error message

Expected behavior

1. Open Discover
2. Start updates
3. Icon theme gets updated

or:

1. Open system settings > appearance > icons
2. Click "get new"
3. search "fluent"
4. scroll down to the Fluent icon theme
5. click "update"
6. Icon theme gets updated
