Floating panel tweak enabled but no floating panel with Dash to Panel extension

Open Tuxman2 opened this issue 4 years ago • 4 comments

Hello,

I tried your fluent-gtk-theme. I've got round corners for the panel with the Dash-to-panel extension, but I haven't got floating panel. I guess the problem come from the Dash-to-panel extension who doesn't support floating panel, isn't it ?

Thanks.

Regards.

You can install this: https://github.com/vinceliuice/Fluent-gtk-theme/tree/master/src/gnome-shell/extensions/dash-to-panel

OK, I will try. ;-)

I have another question. I'm using your McMojave Gtk theme and I like it. I'm using Dash-to-panel extension with it. I made some personal tweaks by modifying your css files. I would like that my panel have round corners and be floating with the McMojave theme. Where must I modify the lines in your gnome-shell.css file to have round corners and can I apply the file in your link above to have a floating panel under your McMojave theme ?

Thanks.

Note: Your themes are great. Very good job. ;-)

Dash-to-panel do not support floating panel

I noticed it. :-(

I asked them to have a feature for floating panel and round corners support for the Dash-to-panel extension on the github. And also the possibility to choose an icon for the show desktop button. Must wait now.
