Cinnamon applets jumping up and down when moving cursor

The theme causes some Cinnamon applets (for example Radio++) to jump around when moving the cursor. This does not happen with any of the official Mint-X or Mint-Y themes.

The theme was built from commit 4e8ca5de6ea0 using the following command:

./install.sh --dest $XDG_DATA_HOME/themes --theme all --color dark --size compact --tweaks solid --tweaks square
