Dark Compact readability issues

Schermata da 2020-04-29 19-13-55 With Gedit the "Dark Compact" theme has readability problems

first lines you can't see anything!!

I tried on Fedora 32 but it doesn't work properly!!!!

the problem seems to occur only on the first line which makes it unreadable anyway!!!
