Made it work for the newest version of moodle

-Modified regex to catch the course names properly -Added parser type (html.parser) to avoid beautifulsoup warning

• Added a line to skip downloading php files

The commit looks fine but some of the students might be using an older version of moodle. Try and add support for both.
