Presentation wide settings

A comment at the top of the file to set defaults. So if you want to have all slides with black background and red foreground, you just set them at the beginning of the file. I'm not sure yet, how to seperate that from slide settings.

(Also for custom figlet fonts it would't make any sense if you would need to set them for each slide)
