Add inline specifier to s_2_ws() function

This fixes a linker error about duplicate symbols, if you include the mio headers from multiple source files.

It would be swell if this got merged, it doesn't seem to be a breaking change at all, no? It works for me at least.

This was fixed via #88, closing. Apologies, I hadn't realized this lib was used much and hadn't looked at it in a looong time.
