urlwatch missing module: pyppeteer and others

Hi, would it be please possible to provide the package with all the necessary modules listed on the official urlwatch documentation?: https://urlwatch.readthedocs.io/en/latest/dependencies.html

Currently the pyppetteer and other modules are missing.

These filters are not installed:

pdf2text filter
ocr filter

They are really hard to install 😭
