It'd be nice if Vim for Windows were packaged in MSIX format, the standard "new" packaging format of Windows. This would help fixing issues like #231, #214, or... Basically anything installer-related.

The Package from the command line guide from Microsoft documents how to create such packages from scratch, without having to use the Visual Studio IDE.
