Allow customizable footnote marker styles

It see some forks have tweaked the footnote style to their own preference or those used by other Markdown processors (e.g. [^fn1]). I strongly feel this plugin should default to the Pandoc default syntax (i.e. [^1]), but it wouldn't hurt to add something behind an optional setting to override this.
