Renovate [have responded](https://github.com/renovatebot/renovate/discussions/24070#discussioncomment-6819137) requesting we copy/paste their [template](https://github.com/renovatebot/renovate/blob/main/docs/development/new-package-manager-template.md) into the aforementioned discussion thread on their repo, and fill it out in full. I'm not sure I know enough about Moon...
