Update "Peers" list if multicast peer discovered.

In case if a static peer is selected, new discovered multicast peers are not displayed in the "Peers" list.

Need to update "Peers" list if any multicast nodes are connected/disconnected.

Multicast does not work for statically chosen peers. This is why they are not displayed.

@AndreiTregubovTR , please check whether traffic goes only from statically assigned peers or not. If yes there is no sense to add such peers in main screen list.

@vikulin As I can see, traffic goes in both directions. To/from statically assigned peers and discovered peers also. I think they have equal weights for routing algorithm.
