Omit resolved differences in source diff

There are some syntactic differences that are visible in the C source code, but are ignored by SimpLL, because they do not cause a semantic difference. The lines containing the source of these could be omitted from the source diff.

Typically this happens with print function changes, for example in the case of the function ipmi_unregister_smi between kernel versions 3.10.0-862.el7 3.10.0-957.el7.
