Viewer: Using Router (reflecting shown page in URL)

Enhancement of the viewer which would use e.g. ReactRouter and using it to reflect what page is shown in the URL (e.g.localhost:3000/force_sig/JOBCTL_PENDING_MASK/force_sig_info when is shown difference for JOBCTL_PENDING_MASK differing macro in a force_sig compared function and in the callstack is selected force_sig_info function).
