Error when getting diff for functions defined by macros

If a function definition is generated by a one-line macro, DiffKemp is unable to get a diff of such functions and throws an exception. This can be replicated by comparing get_random_bytes between 2.6.32-696.el6 and 2.6.32-754.el6.
