Allow excluding item-types from snapshots

Should probably be some setting and you should also be able to do it from a context menu in the net worth table. We could load all items from the Watch or Ninja service

This should be checkboxes for each category on items rather than what we said here. See how it's implemented for maps currently, and do similar to this.
