Stop unnecessary snapshotting by reading Client.txt

Add a setting to stop taking snapshots If there are no changes to client.txt for X minutes (snapshot timer * 3 or something). On first launch after this would be implemented, show an option under the POESESSID to provide the path to the Client.txt

I open all my PoE 3rd party tools with a program and keep them open until I shut off my computer, so I'm usually deleting hundreds of snapshots every time I launch Exilence since I only care about the session stats, and not lifetime.
