Map tier grouped toggeter

Describe the bug Since the patch 1.1.6, the maps are aggregated to the highest tier before calculating the value.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Hava a map stash tab with necropolis map tier 7 and 16.
2. Take a snapshot.
3. Look at the count of necropolis map (noted as 2 maps of tier 16).

Expected behavior The tier of the map should be factored correctly in the extraction.
