Setting for selecting which type of events create notifications

We need to be able to toggle different types of notifications. For many users its unneccessary to see every single event occuring as a notification.

One suggestion would be to add checkboxes to a new settings page, where you can select categories of notifications. You should never be able to disable errors though.
