PreloadService: Option to set z-index

Describe the bug When I have a pure bootstrap modal showing, the PreloadService (spinner) is behind the modal when showing the PreloadService . Is it possible to make the PreloadService the highest z-index?

Expected behavior PreloadService should be on top of everything

  • BlazorBootstrap: 2.2.1
  • Blazor Server
