Make Track & Route dialog clearer

In Edit > Layer Default > Track Waypoint > Tracks some of the items shown here also act on routes, e.g.,

• Track drawing mode (in fact only "All tracks same color")

Some don't, e.g.,

• Draw labels

So, even if this is explained in the manual, it also needs to be clear in the dialog,

Also consider calling it Edit > Layer Default > Track Waypoint > Tracks & Routes
