Vike Extensions: Data Mangement Stores (Redux, Vuex, ...)

Develop Vike Extensions to automatically integrate with data mangement stores such as Vuex and Redux.

I expect such Vike Extension to resemble vike-react-query; checking how vike-react-query is implemented is a good start.

@brillout I'll take a look at Pinia, Vuex is sorta deprecated nowadays.
