Window mode (alt-enter), crashes game.

Attempting to enter Window mode (alt-enter), crashes game. Please allow for Windowed mode to work. Accomplish this by pressing Alt-Enter. This allows for Pacman Battle Royale to run at 'normal speed'. Otherwise, the speed of this game (and pacman CE) runs too fast to play.

Can you try with dxwnd to see if it works at the correct speed ? (I used dxwnd version 2.04.66)

When you put only dxwnd.exe dxwnd.dll and dxwnd.ini in pacman's folder, it works and uses the d3d9.dll I provide.
