There is a permission, too.

@masnn We don't have such permission now, and what we only have is the privilege that allows the system administrator (rather than the domain admin) to see all the content in the record page (including the hidden ones). And, even the domain roots, who have all the permissions but do not have the proper privilege, cannot view the hidden records in the record page in their own domains. This should be considered as a design defect and we are going to fix it.
