Best record for every problem

List ten best accepted solution with the following order: First, must be accepted, And sort by time then sort by memory usage finally sort by code length we can also sort by submit time if there is two records which these keys are all same.

For saving the CPU usage of the server, we can save it into database.

The record page shows a sorted list of records. It is currently sorted by creation time.

"Top N record" is already planned in problem submission analytics page. However it is not implemented. :P
