Hi I am a graduate student from the University of Science and Technology of China. Thank you very much for your contributions in the field, and I am now reproducing this work. I got the data set according to the download link on github, but I can't find the split csv for training and testing, now I'm asking for your help!
You have to submit a request here: https://mvrl.cse.wustl.edu/datasets/cvusa/ Than you get access to the CVUSA dataset on their box-sharing plattform. In the plattform the smaller subset for geo-location is available with the corresponding splits.

There are two CVUSA. I think you're talking about CVUSA in the red box.

I had the same problem, normally its like this: download one file, not more. Than wait till it interrupts, and then click the retry download button in your browser. I do not know why, but it worked for me. Was a painful and slow process though.

谢谢您的回复。我可不可以请问一下您当时是怎么下载的CVUSA数据集，因为在box里面，它的存储有2TB左右，直接下的话，本地也没这么大的存储空间。非常感谢！
