[Feature request] Deskew: add oblique

Hi @vigri and @lightsilverberryfox .

Interested in adding an oblique (manual, default = 0 == perpendicular, (-) - left, (+) - right) between the horizontal and vertical guides in deskew. screen
It's much more convenient and easier to dewarping.
