[FEATURE] Allow setting a custom quick increment of time.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The Pathfinder 2e system regularly uses a 10 minute increment of time for common abilities. Skipping 10 minutes via the calendar cannot be done with one click. It is 1, 5, 15, or 60 minutes.

Describe alternatives you've considered Clicking 5 twice works, but macros triggered on time advance then activate more than they need to.
