Unable to Repeat Note [Degenesis System]

I have been unsuccessful in setting a repeat for calendar notes. I tried disabling all other modules and reinstalling the calendar module. Also, messed around this the settings tons of ways.

I created a fresh world with the Degenesis system and was still unable. The calendar works with other systems I use. Is there any work around here?
