[FEATURE] Every x day/week/month/year setting for note repeats

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently you can only set repeats to never, weekly, monthly, and yearly. This leaves not a lot of freedom for other repeats like "every other week".

Describe the solution you'd like Having another input accepting positive numbers along with a day selection in the selection box would generate a lot more freedom when setting up notes. This way all possible combinations would be covered.

This is the next feature that I am currently working on. A much more expanded repeat option set!
