[FEATURE] Expanded Note Repeats

I'd like to see notes that can repeat monthly and yearly based on the day of the week and not just the date, like Thanksgiving in Canada and the US, and ones that repeat conditionally, like Friday the 13th or a note that only repeats if the last day of the week is the last day of the month.

Moon-based events (e.g. every full moon) would be a nice option, too.
