I have exactly the same issue, after adding new migration, somehow pytest doesn't run it. I'm using the newest version (4.7.0) and tried basically everything, only --no-migrations makes the test...
@fortelll please use round_half_up like everywhere else in the basket. Could you please add a test that shows this failed before?

What is the bug here? I just tried to recreate but don't see anything wrong. Can you maybe be a bit more specific about what's happening or paste the stack...
