Ads support

Please add Ads support using vast to implement pre-roll, mid-roll, etc. Thank you.

Adding some documentation links which might be helpful for this conversation.

Google's IMA client-side SDKs should be useful (it's also compatible with other VAST-compliant ad servers) https://developers.google.com/interactive-media-ads https://developers.google.com/interactive-media-ads/docs/sdks/html5/client-side

There's also a legacy plugin for plyr (last updated 2017) which might be helpful. https://github.com/ferdiemmen/plyr-ads
