Animated rewind/fast-forward icons for "seek" gesture actions

Related Problem:

Requested last year in https://github.com/vidstack/player/issues/1176. Since it was said "it's not planned for now", I'd like to ask again after more than a year 😊

Describe:

DefaultKeyboardDisplay already has animated icons for "seek" actions implemented. Adding the same for double-click seek gestures would only make sense.
