Export the primitive button

Describe:

In our app, we wanted to have a dedicated speed controller out of the settings, we ended up making our own component and using the same styling as you use in other buttons by checking the css files from the vidstack repo.

It'd be nice to have the default primitive button to be usable with the styles already applied.

Anything Else?

Is there an easier way of having a dedicated speed controller to be accessible as in the image? Maybe I'm missing something?

PS: We are using the default layout.
