Unable to embed youtube video that is embeddable on IOS Capacitor, other videos work, works in browsers

Current Behavior:

I am trying to embed this particular youtube video in an IOS Capacitor app

This works fine on local dev, it also works fine on production domain in browsers. When deployed to IOS Capacitor it fails to load without any errors.

According to: https://www.youtube.com/oembed?url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FpOEN93LX-E

Video should be embeddable.

Another random video src: youtube/sQdSLyyMUtE

Works fine on IOS Capacitor and elsewhere.

Expected Behavior:

Embeddable videos should play fine, why certain videos do and others don't?

Environment:

Using latest 1.12.13

Anything Else?

I read somewhere that certain videos are embeddable but require a Referer header and that IOS doesn't support setting the Referer header? Could this be related?

Is there a way to check for sure whether a video is "full" embeddable?
