Synthesia provider

I noticed on one of our headless project, where we use Vidstack and mainly Vimeo or YouTube, but the customer embed video via Synthesia.

Which is one of the supported OEmbed providers. https://oembed.com/providers.json

I wonder if it is possible to register custom providers (mainly the ones supported by OEmbed)?
